  1. 01 / 03

Probe and screen in one hand

An Android handheld with a temperature probe, for cooking, reheating, cooling, hot-holding, delivery and equipment checks.

  2. 02 / 03

Stamped with the time and the person

Pick the dish and probe it. The reading is stamped with the time and the staff member, and an out-of-range reading asks for a corrective action first.

  3. 03 / 03

    Calibrated, and fine offline

Ice-point and boiling-point calibration is captured when the reading is stable, and records wait offline until the connection returns.

Spot checks

Built for the job.

Handhelds and probes for cooking, cooling and deliveries.

The day’s checks, listed

Scheduled worksheets show what is due. Pick the dish, probe it and the reading is stamped with the time and the staff member.

Out of range? Act now

A reading outside its limits asks for a corrective action before the check can be saved.

Deliveries too

Incoming goods are checked at the door, with temperatures recorded against each delivery.
