Common questions.
Can we use our own forms?
Yes. Build worksheets in the forms builder from a question library, with signature, camera photo and file upload fields, then schedule them for the sites that need them. Worksheets can be cloned and shared read-only with other sites.
How does review work?
Worksheets can go through two stages: a peer verifies the entries, then a reviewer signs off with their own passcode. Approval emails and reviewer comments are part of the record.
What happens when a reading is out of range?
The check asks for a corrective action before it can be saved, so the reading and what was done about it are recorded together.
Does it work where the signal is poor?
Yes. The offline-first edition of the Android app keeps checks running with no signal and syncs the records in order when the connection returns. Handheld checks wait in an outbox and are sent once the handheld is back online.
